Tried to put some palettes into my code and got errors like the ones below. I copied the demo code above and got similar errors. Using latest version of FastLED 3.1. What am I missing??

Trying to really understand how this code works as a learning exercise, could you possibly please explain what is happening at lines 102 - 106? I don't understand what the conditional if(h16_128 & 0x100) is doing!
