What are each of our learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project?

-Estelle would like to feel super solid on core concepts and verbalizing code. Estelle would also like to increase her speed when coding. -Katy would like to get faster at coding.

What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?

-Estelle likes to work one session at a time. Communication is very important. She feels stronger in a driver navigator collaboration. -Mostly driver navigator with some divide and conquer. Try to set time limits on driver navigator. I also believe that communication is very important.

How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?

-Estelle, open and straight forward. Lots and lots of communication. Would like clear communication and respect. -Katy, over communication is better than under communication. I do not like to be talked down to.

How would you describe your work style?

-Estelle, deligent and hard working. (Hammer approach :)) -Katy, hard worker. I like to work when I am working.

What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?

-Both detail oriented so we should be able to navigate project with minimum errors/bugs.

What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?

-Estelle, did not ask for help soon enough. -Katy, if one person takes on all of the work no one benefits.

How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?

-Open communcation, constant revision of DTR.

How will we overcome obstacles?

-Together <3 -Collaborate with other groups if necessary.

What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?

-Estelle, dedicated work time for driver navigator and clear direction for the specified time. Make time for breaks, ideally 30 for 5, but will depend on the current situation. -Katy, stick a schedule that allows study time for other Turing related material.

What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?

-Estelle, likes to make time for a walk either in the morning or right after class. -Katy, generally after class and not too late on the weekend.

What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?

-Estelle, can be reserved in giving feedback. -Katy, also reserved when giving feedback.

What do you identify as being your biggest strength(s) technically, as they relate to this project? Where do you feel you could use improvement in your technical skills, as they relate to this project? How can our team help support you in improving these skills?

-Estelle, good sense of how HTML,CSS and JS and how they relate to each other. Is diligent at good syntax and open to research. Building techinical skills. -Katy, lots experience in similar project formats. Get faster with code.

What tools do you want to use to manage the project?

-Will use Trello as needed. Slack and possibly some Tuple.

How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?

-Comfortable asking for help if stuck on a project issue for too long. Look at the problem from a big picture perspective. How important is it to get the issue resolved?

How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?

-Do we feel proud of our work at the end? A successful project has a good balance between completion and learning.

How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them?

We will verbalize gratitude to each other.
