11-month apprenticeship update 7.21.2023

First, let's start off here. I graduated Actualize Coding Bootcamp in September 2022. About 3 weeks after I graduated my bootcamp, I accepted an offer from Cisco Systems to participate in the RISE Apprenticeship Program. I have been in the program for about 11 months now and in that time I hace learned how to write in JavaScript, create a backend using Node/Express/Sequelize, practiced algorithmic functions, learned how to create an SPA using React. Learnings

In week 1, we learned alot! We learned about Git and Github which I am still a bit confused about, but I am learning how to get better at navigating through it each day. I've learned about the different apps that we can create in Ruby. For example, one of things that we learned is how to add user input as well as information into a table using a specific Ruby gem. We also learned about Paired Programming, which I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about, but I absolutely love it! It is extremely refreshing to work with someone and see their thought process and combine ideas to come up with solution.
