Install Cyanogenmod7 on HTC Desire S with hboot 2.00.0002

There's no need to make the phone S-OFF (like some people say).

• Disable fast/quick reboot (Settings » Power » Fastboot)

• Download fastboot binary

• Unlock bootloader: http://htcdev.com/bootloader/

  Put the phone in Fastboot USB mode (Turn off, hold Volume Down + Power)

    fastboot oem get_identifier_token
    fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin (file from email)
  

• Install ClockWorkMod recovery (http://downloads.unrevoked.com/recoveries/cwm-4.0.1.4-saga.img)

    fastboot flash recovery cwm-4.0.1.4-saga.img
  

• Make a backup

  • Start clockworkmod recovery (Fastboot mode, Recovery)
  • Select backup and restore
  • Select backup

• Root

  • Copy http://tinyurl.com/63tsg9c to sdcard root
  • Start clockworkmod recovery
  • Select "install zip from sdcard"
  • Then select "Choose zip from sdcard"
  • Then select "su-3.0-efgh-signed.zip"
  • Then select "Yes - install su-3.0-efgh-signed.zip" to confirm
  • Then reboot.

• Download CM7 ROM & Google Apps (Market & stuff): http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Latest_Version#HTC_Desire_S and http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Latest_Version#Google_Apps

• Extract boot.img from the rom zip

• Copy downloaded ROM zip to SD card

• Flash new ROM

  • Reboot to Recovery
  • Flash rom zip: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/HTC_Desire_S:_Full_Update_Guide ("Flashing CyanogenMod -> Method via Recovery" part), BUT DON'T REBOOT AFTER STEP 9! (otherwise youre stuck on the white htc screen)

• Flash boot partition

  • Power off the phone, boot into fastboot

  • Connect usb

  • Flash boot.img trough fastboot:

        fastboot flash boot boot.img
    

  • Reboot

• Done

I have htc desire s ... my htc doesnt work .... it just on and show the htc then the screen show black and at that time no touch no side button work ..!! kindly help me how in install the cyanogenmod in my htc .. PLX
