• 20ml Crème de cacao
• 20ml Crème de menthe
• 20ml Fresh cream

Episode 2 - The Menu of the Heart

Aphrodite

• Ingredients:
  • Framboise liqueur
  • Rosé wine
  • White curaçao
  • Lime juice
• Instructions:
  • Shake

Nikolaschka (end/credits)

• Brandy (to taste)
• Sugar (to taste)
• 1 Lemon slice

Episode 3 - The Glass of Regret

Margarita (end/credits)

• 40ml Tequila
• 5ml Cointreau
• 15ml Lime juice
• Salt (to taste)

Episode 4 - The Amber Dream

Cinderella

• Lemon juice
• Orange juice
• Pineapple juice

Bloody Caesar

• Ingredients:
  • Clamato
  • Vodka (Spirytus or Balkan)
• Instructions:
  • Shake

Jack Rose

• Calvados (Boulard)
• Lemon juice
• Grenadine syrup
• Pomegranate juice

Amaretto Alexander

• Ingredients:
  • Chocolate
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Amaretto
• Instructions:
  • Heat up milk to melt chocolate, careful not to let it boil
  • Add cream to taste and Amaretto

Bijou (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • 20ml Chartreuse - 20ml
  • 20ml Vermouth - 20ml
  • 20ml Dry gin - 20ml
  • 1 dash Orange bitter
• Instructions:
  • Pour in order over a spoon to keep separated: vermouth, chartreuse, gin. Add the dash of bitter.

Amber Dream (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • Same as Bijou
• Instructions:
  • Instead of stacking, mix the ingredients together.

Episode 5 - Things Left Behind In a Bar

Frozen Daiquiri (end/credits)

• 40ml White rum
• 15ml White curaçao
• 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 cup Crushed ice

Hemingway Daiquiri (end)

• 110ml White rum (Havana Club)
• 2 pieces Lime juice
• 1/2 piece Grapefruit juice
• 6 drops Maraschino

Episode 6 - The Story Inside the Glass

Aberdeen Angus (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • 45ml Scotch whiskey (Lagavulin)
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Drambuie
  • 1 tsp Honey
• Instructions:
  • Light Drambuie with flame separately and mix into the rest.

Episode 7 - On One Closed Day

Bull Shot

• 90ml Beef boullion (heated)
• 45ml Vodka
• Worcester sauce and pepper (to taste)

Bloody Bull

• Add lemon juice and tomato juice to the Bull Shot

Rusty Nail (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • 40ml Scotch whiskey (Old Parr)
  • 20ml Drambuie
• Instructions:
  • Stir together

Episode 8 - The Lies at the Counter

Angel's Tip (Angel's Kiss)

• Ingredients:
  • Crème de cacao
  • Cream (spread thin on surface)
  • Cherry
• Instructions:
  • Pour crème de cacao and spread thin layer of cream on the surface.
  • Angel's Tip: Skewer the cherry on a toothpick and lay it on top of the glass.
  • Angel's Kiss: Slide the cherry to the end of the toothpick and dip the cherry into the glass.

Pastis Water (end/credits)

• 40ml Pastis 51
• 120ml Mineral water

Episode 9 - The Bar's Face

Moulin Rouge

• 1/2 shot Apricot brandy
• 3 dashes Grenadine syrup
• 1/4 shot Lemon juice
• 1/4 shot Orange gin (Gordon's)

Gin and Tonic (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • 45ml Dry gin
  • Tonic water (to taste)
  • 1 Lime
• Instructions:
  • Mix gin and water in ice cubes and squeeze in the lime.

Episode 10 - A Christmas Miracle

Black Velvet (end/credits)

• Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Champagne
  • 1/2 Guinness
• Instructions:
  • Pour into tall glass simultaneously.

Episode 11 - The Water of Life

No Name

• Ingredients:
  • Rum or cognac
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon stick
• Instructions:
  • Shake, add cinnamon stick after.

Bartender

• Ingredients:
  • 15ml Dry gin
  • 15ml Dry sherry
  • 15ml Dry vermouth
  • 15ml Dubonnet
  • 1 dash Grand Marnier
