You are not permitted to copy, modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, its entirety, or any portion thereof. Additionally, you are prohibited from translating the app into other languages or creating any derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the app remain the sole property of Androidhuman.
Androidhuman reserves the right to modify the app or its services at any time and for any reason. We may introduce changes, improvements, additions, or deletions to the app's functionality at our sole discretion. While we strive to inform you of any material changes to the App or its services, we are not obligated to do so. You understand and agree that any such changes will be effective immediately upon their implementation.
Please be advised that Androidhuman assumes no responsibility for certain aspects of the app's use. We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or its features. Additionally, while we strive to ensure optimal functionality, Androidhuman shall not be held liable for any limitations or disruptions stemming from insufficient internet connectivity, whether through Wi-Fi or mobile data networks.
Androidhuman reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to periodically review this page for any changes. Your continued use of the App after such amendments and updates constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Androidhuman. Please carefully review all provisions of these terms and conditions, including the scope of services offered, before proceeding.
By continuing to access or use the app, you acknowledge your acceptance of an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as those outlined in the end-user license agreement and privacy policy.
1.1. Androidhuman is pleased to provide you, as the user, its branded mobile applications and any and all related documentation and collectively a list of which is available at the app stores including but not limited to: Google Play, Apple App Store.
1.2. You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service of Androidhuman anytime you use or access the Androidhuman’s apps and any of our other products or services located in the app stores. Your use of the service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these terms, means hereby to access, install, download, copy, in-app purchase or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Androidhuman apps as per the documentation.Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before accessing, downloading or using any Androidhuman apps, for the concerning Agreement governs your use of the Androidhuman apps and how we provide the Androidhuman apps. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Each time you use or access the service, the current version of these terms shall apply. This agreement also includes additional payment terms, in-app purchase options and other requirements set forth on the download or purchase page/platform through which you purchase or download the Androidhuman apps.
1.3. Your use or access of the service is also subject to the Androidhuman's privacy policy, that is hereby available here and incorporated into these terms by reference. Additionally, you agree to abide by our rules, policies and procedures we may publish on the service from time to time. We reserve the right at any time and without notice to change these terms. Without prejudice to any rights implied by law or under the provisions of this Agreement, you also acknowledge that in-app message which notifies you such changes when you open up, use or access the Androidhuman apps shall constitute reasonable notification means. For the avoidance of doubt, your continued use of the Androidhuman apps after we post amendments or apply changes to this Agreement shall signify your acceptance of such amendments and/or changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue using Androidhuman apps.
1.4. Notice to the user: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the user) and Androidhuman. If you do not fully understand this Agreement, or if you do not agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, including the privacy policy referenced herein, you must immediately cease using the App Store and refrain from accessing any of the service. Please be aware that, depending on the laws of your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights that cannot be waived through this agreement. These rights exist in addition to the terms of this agreement. Additionally, certain provisions of this agreement may be unenforceable in your specific jurisdiction. In the event that any term or condition is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old (or, if under 17, that you are using the app only with the express permission of your parent or legal guardian). You further represent that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement and that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms.
1.5. Notice to parents and legal guardians: By granting your child permission to download, install, use, access, or make in-app purchases using Androidhuman apps, you, as the parent or legal guardian, are entering into this Agreement on your child's behalf. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for supervising your child's online and offline activities while they use these apps. Should you choose not to agree to the terms of this Agreement, please refrain from allowing your child to use any Androidhuman apps or associated features. If you suspect your child, who is under the age of 17, is using Androidhuman apps without your prior consent, please do not hesitate to contact us at jyte82@gmail.com.
2.1. This Agreement is concluded between Androidhuman and you, as the user, who downloaded and/or installed through the app stores and executed and mutually entered into force upon the online approval of the user.
2.2. By downloading and/or installing the Androidhuman apps through app stores, the user agrees, undertakes and represents that he/she has read all the terms herein, understood all the contents and approved all provisions.

4.1. In accordance with this agreement, Androidhuman grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access, download, and install the current version of the Androidhuman app on a single, authorized mobile device under your ownership or control. This license is solely for your lawful, personal, and non-commercial use as an end-user.
4.2. Androidhuman apps are protected by a comprehensive web of legal safeguards, including copyright laws, international treaties, and other intellectual property laws. Androidhuman holds exclusive ownership of all software, design elements, source code, directories, images, and content within the apps. This encompasses advertisements, text, visual and audio media, files, databases, catalogs, and lists. Except for the limited rights explicitly granted to users under article 11 of this agreement, Androidhuman reserves all rights associated with the apps. Users are strictly prohibited from duplicating, copying, distributing, or processing any content from the apps. This includes renting, leasing, lending, or permanently transferring any rights granted under this Agreement to third parties. Androidhuman assumes no responsibility for the consequences of using apps obtained illegally or through unauthorized distributors.
5.1. Prohibited Use: You agree not to engage in any activity while using Androidhuman apps that:
- Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or moral standards.
- Compromises the ability of others to enjoy the service.
- Exploits, abuses, or disrupts the functionality of the apps.
- Infringes upon Androidhuman's or any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Contains material that is offensive, obscene, hateful, harmful, or discriminatory.
- Otherwise constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
5.2. Restrictions on Use:
- No sharing or distributing: You may not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, assign, or copy (except for a single backup for your own personal use) the Androidhuman apps or any associated rights. You also cannot use the apps for the benefit of any third party.
- No unauthorized network use: Unless explicitly authorized by Androidhuman, you cannot make the apps available over a network where they could be downloaded or used by multiple users.
- No automated tools: You may not use any automated tools or processes (such as robots or spiders) to interfere with the Androidhuman apps, except to uninstall them from your authorized mobile device.
- No unlawful activity: You must not share harmful data (such as chain mail, malware, or viruses) or engage in any activity that violates the law or the security of the Androidhuman apps. This includes attempting to bypass security measures or manipulate the app's operation.
5.3. Restrictions on App Alteration and Security:
Protecting the Integrity of the Apps:
- You may not make any changes to the Androidhuman apps, including but not limited to: copying, adapting, translating, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, recoding, creating spin-off apps or features based on them
- You may not access, create, or modify the source code of the apps.
- You may not advertise the apps in any form without explicit permission. Androidhuman retains exclusive ownership of all rights to any modifications or improvements made to the apps.
Maintaining Security:
- You agree not to:
- Attempt to obtain or copy the apps' source code.
- Integrate the apps with unauthorized software or hardware.
- Breach the security of any computer network.
- Hack passwords or security codes.
- Distribute spam or malware.
- You assume full liability for any damages caused to Androidhuman or third parties due to violations of these restrictions.
5.4. Androidhuman may block or stop your access to the apps anytime, without notice, if:
- Network security is at risk.
- We need to keep the network accessible for everyone.
- The apps, network, or uploaded files have issues.
- We need to prevent or lessen network disruptions.
- Other situations arise that we deem necessary.
5.5. Updates and access:
Updates:
- We reserve the right to add, remove, or update features in the Androidhuman apps.
- We may automatically update your app to improve functionality or fix issues.
- You may need to agree to updated terms before using newer versions.
- We may stop supporting older app versions once updates are available.
- We're not obligated to provide updates, but they may be necessary for full functionality.
Access:
- You're responsible for providing the equipment and internet access needed to use the apps.
- Mobile network charges may apply depending on your data plan.
- Some apps may be restricted or unavailable depending on your network provider or device.
- We don't guarantee the apps will work on all devices or in all locations.
- Some app features may not be available in all languages.
5.6. In-app Purchases and Cancellations: Some Androidhuman apps offer in-app purchases, handled by either Androidhuman or your mobile platform provider. Cancellation rights for online purchases vary by country. Residents of the European Union and some other countries have a legal right to cancel within a specific timeframe.
5.7. Reporting issues: After installing the Androidhuman app, check it promptly for any errors or problems with its functionality. Notify us or the app store as soon as possible if you find any defects.
5.8. We may end this Agreement if you violate its terms or any other relevant documents. If this happens, you must uninstall or remove the Androidhuman apps. See Article 14 for more details.
6.1. Androidhuman app offers a variety of features and services, but what you see might change over time. Some features are provided by us, while others come from trusted partners who work with us.
6.2. Some features use content and services from other companies (third-party). These features have their own terms and privacy policies, which you can find on the companies' websites. We're not responsible for what they do, and we don't monitor your interactions with them.
6.3. Third-party content and your responsibility: While using the Androidhuman app, you might encounter content from other sources (third-party) that you might find offensive or inappropriate. This content is created by those third-parties and we're not responsible for its accuracy or offensiveness. We encourage you to be cautious and use your own judgment when interacting with this content. We won't be held liable for any harm caused by third-party content, even if it's shared through the app.
7.1. No guarantees on security: Like any technology, Androidhuman apps can't be 100% secure. This means your information might be accessed, intercepted, or misused by unauthorized parties. By using the apps, you acknowledge these risks.
7.2. You understand that using any app involves security risks, and you agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused by them. This includes protecting your mobile device with strong passwords and other security measures. We won't be held liable for unauthorized access to your device or app data, even if it happens while using the Androidhuman app.
7.3.To protect you from harmful apps and websites, app stores might collect information about your device and installed apps. This includes things like network connections, potentially risky URLs, and your operating system. Based on this, they might warn you about specific apps or websites or even block them from your device. While you can turn off some of these protections, the app store might still analyze apps for security issues, even if it doesn't get all the information from your device.
8.1. Registration: Most Androidhuman apps don't need registration, but some might require an account for extra features or activities. You'll be notified when this is needed. If an app asks you to register with a third party, their terms and policies will apply, not ours. Check their website for more details.
8.2. Passwords: You're responsible for keeping your username and password secret and safe. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, so tell us immediately if you think someone else is using it or your password has been leaked. We might suspend your account if we think it's been compromised, and we won't be responsible for any losses caused by someone else using your password.
8.3. Provided Information: We need your correct and up-to-date information when you sign up. If we have reason to believe it's wrong or incomplete, we might suspend your access or take legal action. We can use your information for the reasons explained in this Agreement and to improve your experience with Androidhuman apps and services.
How to uninstall Androidhuman apps: Different devices have different ways to remove apps. Use your device's app manager or look in the manual for specific instructions.
10.1. We may collect information about your device and apps to provide you with updates, support, and other services (if any). This information is used as described in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Your app store and social media reviews are public. We may use your username and review content for promotional purposes, unless you opt out by emailing us at jyte82@gmail.com with your name, address, and email address. Please avoid sharing sensitive information like passwords or social security numbers in any communication with us. We can (but don't have to) monitor messages for security and training, and remove inappropriate content.
10.3. All app store reviews are subject to the relevant app store policies.
11.1. Androidhuman owns everything in the app, including images, text, logos, and code. You can't copy, modify, or try to break into the app's security. Don't send spam or malware either. If you do any of these things, you're responsible for any damage you cause.
11.2. Everything in the Androidhuman app, like images, text, logos, and code, belongs to us or our partners. You can't copy, modify, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted here. You can't use our trade names, trademarks, or service marks without our written permission.
11.3. Unless we agree otherwise, you have the worldwide right to use any service we create for you forever. However, we own and control the intellectual property (like images, text, and code) behind these services. If we have different terms for a specific service, we'll tell you before you start using it.
11.4. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all content they contribute to the Androidhuman app, including photos, texts, documents, videos, and music files, does not violate any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
11.5. We take copyright seriously. If you share something that belongs to someone else, we'll remove it upon notice. We may also block access for users who repeatedly infringe on others' rights.
11.6. We can also remove content that's harmful or inappropriate. This includes but not limited to:
- Anything illegal, harmful, or hateful.
- Content that bullies, harasses, or invades someone's privacy.
- Personal information like phone numbers or social security numbers.
- Offensive content, spam, or malware.
11.7. We can monitor content submitted to Androidhuman apps, and you agree we may do so. You understand we have no obligation to and may not pre-screen or remove content. We can edit, modify, or refuse to post content at our discretion.
11.8. You keep ownership of any content you share on the Androidhuman app, unless stated otherwise. However, by sharing it, you give us permission to use it for things like promoting the app. If you send us creative ideas or suggestions, those become our property and we can use them freely without compensation to you. We have all rights to these submissions, globally and forever, and can share them with others if we want.
11.9. Don't use the Androidhuman app to record or copy streaming content or in-app features. Also, keep watermarks and legal notices intact, and don't modify content to hide ownership or source.
11.10. Androidhuman reserves the right to terminate the User's access to the Androidhuman apps if, under appropriate circumstances as outlined in the aforementioned provisions, the User is identified as a repeat infringer.
Androidhuman values your privacy, intellectual property (like copyrights), and personal data. We're open about how we handle them. When you use our app, you agree to follow these terms and any other info we provide. Only upload things you own or have permission to use, and don't violate anyone else's rights.
13.1. Androidhuman apps are available globally on the app store, but some features require in-app purchases. To unlock these paid features, you'll need to pay before using them.
13.2. Paid features in the Androidhuman app have different subscription lengths (yearly, monthly, etc.) and renew automatically until you cancel. The app store will email you in advance of renewal with instructions on how to manage your subscription. You can turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends in your app store settings. Payments are processed by the app store, and you can find their in-app purchase rules there. Remember, you're responsible for managing your in-app purchases and spending.
13.3. To buy stuff in our app, you need a valid payment method and agree to the app store's payment terms and privacy policy. You're responsible for all purchases made through the app store and might also need to follow other terms set by the app store or your payment provider. The app store chooses which payment methods you can use, and you're responsible for all payments made through it.
13.4.To use your phone bill for in-app purchases, the app store shares your device information with your network provider. This lets them add the cost to your bill. You'll need to agree to their terms first. They might also share your billing address with us.
13.5. If you are under 17, you need your parents' or guardians' permission for in-app purchases. By buying anything, you confirm you have that permission. Parents: Consider app store parental controls if you're worried about spending.
13.6. In-app purchases are made through and billed by the App Store, not Androidhuman. Their terms and conditions apply, so any billing or refund questions need to go directly to them.
13.7. If your in-app purchase doesn't download or work properly, let us know. We'll investigate and try to fix it by either replacing it or sending a patch. We won't charge you extra for this. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll authorize the App Store to refund your purchase. You can also request a refund directly from the App Store.
13.8. All payments and transactions for your Androidhuman app purchases happen through the App Store you downloaded it from, and follow their terms and conditions. If you have any billing problems with your in-app purchases, contact the App Store directly.
14.1. This Agreement takes effect upon your approval and remains in full force and effect as long as you use the Androidhuman app.
14.2. We can cancel this agreement without paying you if you break our rules or the App Store's rules, like:
- Using hacks or tricks to manipulate the Androidhuman app.
- Violating any agreements related to the app or App Store.
- Infringing on someone else's rights.
- Sharing illegal or harmful content.
14.3. If we cancel your access to the Androidhuman app, you can't use it anymore and must promptly uninstall it. We're not responsible for any app termination, and we still have other legal rights.
15.1. If you violate this agreement or cause problems because of your information or how you use the Androidhuman app, you agree to cover any costs, including lawyer fees, that Androidhuman (including its partners and people) may face.
15.2. You're responsible for defending any legal claims against Androidhuman (and its partners and people) arising from your information or app use. You can get your own lawyer, but you can't settle any claims without our written permission.
16.1 We don't make any promises about the Androidhuman app, even implied ones like it being fit for purpose or not infringing on anyone's rights. This applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
16.2. The Androidhuman app might not always meet your expectations. It could be interrupted, slow, insecure, or inaccurate. We're not responsible for any damage to your property, unauthorized access to your data, or problems with transmission. We also don't take responsibility for bugs, viruses, or errors in the content.
16.3. You're solely responsible for any problems with the Androidhuman app. We don't make any promises about things made by our partners, and this is a crucial part of our agreement.
17.1. We can't be held responsible for any problems you have with the Androidhuman app, even if they cause you to lose money, data, or goodwill. This includes:
- Problems using the app.
- Someone hacking into your information.
- Something a third party does.
17.2. Our maximum responsibility for any harm you suffer is the amount you paid for the Androidhuman app, no matter what caused the harm. This applies even if our solution doesn't fully fix the problem.
18.1. If something out of our control like a natural disaster stops us from doing what we promised in this agreement, we won't be held responsible. This includes delays, incomplete tasks, or any problems that arise. You also can't claim compensation from us because of these situations.
18.2. Things beyond our control ("force majeure") like riots, fires, internet outages, or power cuts can sometimes stop us from fulfilling our promises in this agreement. If such an event happens, we won't be held responsible for delays, incomplete tasks, or any problems that arise. This list includes (but isn't limited to) acts of God, riots, war, internet outages, power failures, and strikes.
18.3. If something out of our control ("force majeure") like riots or internet outages stops us from doing what we promised, you can't charge us extra or claim compensation for the delay, incompleteness, or failure.
19.1. This agreement is the whole deal between you and Androidhuman for using our apps and services. It replaces any earlier agreements we may have had.
19.2. Changes to this agreement need to be written down and signed by us (Androidhuman) to be official. If we don't hold someone accountable for breaking this agreement right away, it doesn't mean we won't do it later for future problems.
19.3. This agreement is in English. If there's a difference between this English version and any other translations, the English version will be the one we follow, unless local laws say otherwise.
19.4. If anything in this agreement gets ruled invalid in a specific case, the rest of the agreement stays in effect. We'll try our best to make the invalid part work as much as the law allows, or if that's not possible, we'll just remove it.
