Add a git web command

I like opening my PR's in the Github UI (instead of using hub) and I got tired of navigating to the right web UI so I wrote two helpers to speed things up.

Then end goal

Use git web in a git repo to open that repo's github page in a new Chrome tab for you.

1. In my ~/.zshrc I added export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.bin so I can put custom scripts in ~/.bin. You might want to put your script in a directory that is already in your PATH or use a symlink, whatever you like.
