HRS 1.1 Full Patchnotes
-Japan starts with the "No Diplomatic Corps" (-influence) modifier to keep diplomacy limited
-"No Diplomatic Corps" is replaced with a decaying equivalent by "The Iwakura Mission" event
-The Landowner trait "Family Ties" is removed for being inaccurate to the situation
-The Landowners now start with the "Sankin Kotai" (-radicalism) trait
-The "Sankin Kotai" trait is replaced with "Japonisme" (+influence) by "The Iwakura Mission" event
-The "Middle Managers" trait is reflavored as "Samurai Bureaucrats"
-"The Opening of Japan" event is completely changed
-The Landowners and Petite Bourgeoisie are renamed the Fudai Daimyo and Tozama Daimyo
-Aristocrats may now join the Petite Bourgeoisie, scaled with the extent of urbanization in their state
-A Reformer will lead the Intelligentsia (generic standin for Fukuzawa Yukichi)
-A Protectionist will agitate from the Petite Bourgeoisie (generic standin for Oukubo Toshimichi)
-A flag will be set which will forbid the player from reforming away from Free Trade
-The Petite Bourgeoisie will gain new traits, "Westernization" (+tech spread) and "Sonno Joi" (xenophobia reflavored)
-If forced to open, you will be kept on Free Trade until you gain recognition
-The terms to start the Restoration have changed
-The primary trigger will activate if the Landowners are not in government OR are insurrectionary. This is a code failsafe because sometimes the game doesn't register insurrectionary landowners resigning from government, and you'll end up fighting a boshin war the game just won't count and that's totally not fair.
-The secondary trigger can now activate if the Petite Bourgeoisie is powerful in addition to the other secondary triggers (high legitimacy, marginalized landowners, etc)
-New Restoration journal entry added: "Abolish the Han System"
-Will complete when Japan has none of Appointed Bureaucrats, Land Based Taxation, or Local Police
-Aristocrats will gradually return to the Landowners after it is completed
