How to install OpenCV 4.5.2 with CUDA 11.2 and CUDNN 8.2 in Ubuntu 22.04

First of all install update and upgrade your system:

    $ sudo apt update
    $ sudo apt upgrade

##VGG16 model for Keras

This is the Keras model of the 16-layer network used by the VGG team in the ILSVRC-2014 competition.

It has been obtained by directly converting the Caffe model provived by the authors.
