- 130g (2/3 C) olive oil
- 60 g (1/3 C) powdered sugar
- 200g (1.5 C) all purpose flour
- 60g (1/3 C) whole wheat flour
- 2g (1/2 tsp) fleur de sel
- 2g (1/4 tsp) kosher salt
- 5g (2 Tbsp) chopped fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 375
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and work into a dough. Roll out flat to 1/4" thickness. Cut into desired shapes and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
I did not actually realize it was vegan until I had made the recipe for the third time. So damn good.
