office assistant at upstream

upstream is looking for a freelance office assistant for a few hours per week.

you:
* should be (mostly) available during office hours
* should check your email at least twice a day
* should know your way around the web
* should speak perfect german and fluent english

your job:
* billing our customers, managing contracts
* find us a new office
* order/book things like office material, flights etc.
* manage our coworking space (new coworkers, payments)
* help us organize our parties :)

what you get:
* you don't have to work on site all the time
* a free coworking desk whenever you want
* 15 EUR/h

in general we're simply looking for someone who can help us with all the day
to day problems we encounter and don't have the time to deal with. if you don't
mind working with a bunch of geeks and wanna give us a helping  hand please
