Personal Learning Goals:
- To create an app with React Native
- To first create a data layer that I will then be able to dynamically integrate with app
- To work methodically and break big picture goals into tangible tasks to solve the larger objective
Problem Statement: To help make the search for volunteering agencies/opportunities for teenagers easier and more fun!
Market Research: Outline the key insights from your research, including: Competition: Volunteer Match (searchable API and map function) no filter for teenage or underage requirements missing component connected to parent consent
Differentiation: This product will be different in that it will be engaging (swiping technology) and focused on agencies that actually accept volunteers under the age of 18.
User Personas: Teenage students needing to fulfill their service learning credit hours (average is 100 hours for graduation)
