Configure credentials

Procedures:
1. Setup treviso msp - mspSetup
2. Create msp payment-ops and fraud-ops users (via script because the user detail view doesn't have spid dropdown)
3. New user signup (on the msp domain)
4. Business registration and onboarding through CRUNCH
5. Add (BRL) bank account
6. Add contact with bank account for the business
7. Send payment
- Nature code selection
- Verify fee and rate calculation
- No trust account bug (WIP by Michal)
- Submit the payment
