We have confirmed that Zoom’s website (zoom.us), meetings, and webinars are currently inaccessible in China. Our investigation remains ongoing, but thus far we’ve determined that the cause is an inability to connect to the local China DNS (domain name system).

We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience and provide the following recommendations in the meantime:

Customers in China:
Our team has developed an alternative that will allow users to join meetings and sign in


If an invite utilizes a "zoom.us" URL for joining, you will need to manually input the meeting id at zoom.com/join


To sign into an account, please navigate to zoom.com to login

For either of the above, please visit zoom.com/download to download the latest Zoom application to connect to Zoom Meetings and Webinars in China

If you would like to further optimize your accounts configuration for this alternative for Single Sign-On and/or email invites, please let us know.

For ongoing updates:

We are sorry about the affaire, and our engineers are working hard to solve it.
You can use VPN to connect the service if you have.

可以加入会议进行语音/视频/分享屏幕，无法登录国际版zoom账号，无法获取主持人权限(Claim Host)。


iOS:
iOS 客户端可以使用当前客户端加会。请按照如下步骤操作：

1）请先退出登录当前账号（如果之前已经登录了账号）

2）请点击右下角的“登录”按钮，输入任意用户名和密码，点击登录，

提示无效的邮箱或密码，点击确定 > 取消，返回到主界面。（注：仅首次加会时需要操作此步骤）
