Date of feedback conversation:
8/24/17
How did you prepare for the conversation?
I had thought through what the outcomes of our project had been, where each team member needed to improve, and what they did
well.
How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
The conversation was difficult for me, as I knew that I needed to improve in many areas and that my performance on that project
was unsatisfactory. I will give my group members credit for making me feel at ease and keeping the dialogue respectful throughout.
What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
During the feedback, I expressed my thoughts in the form of feelings instead of as judgements. I also requested for feedback
on my performance during pairing time so I could better analyze my weaknesses
Any other comments:
This is paraphrased from the original reflection for bike-share that I wrote, but misplaced since.
