- How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
It was easy giving the appreciation feedback. What was hard was finding the best* critique for that individual. *As in coming from me, my experience, and how I specifically could 'coach' them.
- What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
Appreciation feedback, coaching feedback, phrasing well, thinking about intent, and being self aware of my body language and tone.
