Updates getlibs, so that it works on current Ubuntu versions. According https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MultiarchSpec directories have been moved to

/lib/i386-linux-gnu
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

Tested on Ubuntu Raring 13.04 64-Bit.
