How To install Firefox Developer Edition and create desktop icon for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

chose other install way

  1. Open Terminal Ctrl+Alt+T Download Firefox Developer Edition tar file

    wget https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-aurora-latest-ssl&os=linux64&lang=en-US

  2. Copy tar file to opt sudo cp -rp firefox-35.0a2.en-US.linux-x86_64.tar.bz2

  3. Open opt folder (cd /opt/) and untar file sudo tar xjf firefox-35.0a2.en-US.linux-x86_64.tar.bz2

Collection of CAN bus packages and tools

This document assumes the use of Linux as the chosen development platform. Items in bold are highly recommended.

It is recommended to use SocketCAN when working with CAN bus on Linux. It is supported by the Linux kernel mainline and follows the Linux interface model, allowing you to use other network tools such as Wireshark. This also allows the creation of virtual CAN interfaces where no physical hardware is required to simulate or replay CAN messages.

Beyond Compare 4 license for Windows, Mac, Linux

  1. go to the dir : /Applications/Beyond Compare.app/Contents/MacOS
  2. change the name BCompare to BCompare.bak
  3. touch a file name BCompare , and chmod a+u BCompare
