Fortnightly meetings are to be held via the Discord messaging service. These will be held on either a Sunday or Tuesday night, depending on the teams availability. The agenda for the meetings are to be written up by the meeting chair and are to be released three days prior to the occurrence of the meeting. Each meeting will have the minutes recorded by the designated scribe. The roles for chair and scribe will rotate each meeting.
Communication outside of the meetings should be posted to the group discussion board. Posting to the group discussion board as opposed to Discord will allow for a more permanent record of conversations to exist. If an urgent reply is needed then team members can alert others to the post on the discussion board via Discord. Any substantial decisions must be communicated in a public manner, no private discussions.
