Motivations & Goals
Kevin never bought books online, but he is confident in his ability to do so.
He wants cheaper books. He sees the need to buy a new book every year as a waste of resources and money.
Sometimes Kevin, or his tutors, contact alumni in order to inquire about used material, namely books.
He says its very cheap, and when you find them, its usually worth it.

Frustrations
Kevin states that the price per year is very expensive. 
Sometimes very little changes from year to year, with only small corrections between editions.
In his own words: "The price is extortion and in reality books will be of little use. Better options online via Amazon etc"

Background
Kevin is a full time student, without children. 
Altough he does not buy the material with his own money, he is aware of the costs.
He never bought books online before. 
He considers a viable option to buy used books, from other students. 


Technology
Kevin states that he is quite confident in his ability to navigate the web, and order products from online shops such as Amazon.
