How to use the multiple datetimes and tickets feature in Event Espresso 4

The multiple date times and tickets feature in Event Espresso 4 will let you create an event that takes place across a few days (e.g. training course, conference, expedition, etc).

Here is an overview of the steps:

Login to your WordPress dashboard and go to Event Espresso --> Events. Then click on Add New or click on an existing event to edit an event that you have already created. Go ahead and enter basic event information such as a title and event description. Then create the datetimes that should be available along with the ticket options. Next, go back to the datetimes and edit via the advanced options (gear icon) to assign the correct tickets. Then save changes to the event.

The best way to learn is to take a look at the video below and then try it out on your own. Don't worry about setting up something wrong and if you are not sure, then reach out via the Event Espresso support forums.

Note that the first ticket is granted access to all three of the datetimes for the courses and then the other tickets only have access to their own course dates.
