Cluster Specs

MESA owns 8 nodes with between 48 and 64 slots each.

  • Total slots: 448
  • Total memory: ~3TB

This works out to about 6GB per slot if all slots were used at once.

Set Up Brain

On Brain, install the batchtools package on some version of R. In this case we'll use 4.4.0.

$ module load R-4.4.0_GCC-10.3.0
$ R
