2-3 elected & termed cabinet positions distribute management work typically assigned to managing director
- Secretary of Staffing (POC for all staffing related affairs... could be combined with Sec of State, but probably would be too much)
- Secratary of the Interior (leads internal team initiatives)
- Secretary of State (ambassador to the rest of the company)
Each dev is assigned a Senior as lead-reviewer for continuous mentorship, not just reviews. Review workload is partially lightened by Impraise.
- time can be allotted at offsites for the cabinet to share an update/ solicit & elect cabinet candidates for the next term
- How will communication/record archival work with such a highly-distributed system?
- How do we match lead reviewers? Random? Choice?
