To install Docker on Debian as root:

  1) apt-get update
  2) apt-get install ca-certificates curl gnupg lsb-release
  3) curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/debian/gpg | gpg --dearmor -o /usr/share/keyrings/docker-archive-keyring.gpg
