Friday's buffet

First course

  • Couscous bites & hummus (vegan) from chikpeas and bulgar.
  • Rosted vegetables (vegan, glutenfree) courgette, red and yellow bell peppers with garlic-joghurt dip.
  • Platter of home-made cheese pastes herbs, chili and tomatoes cream cheeses and beetroot mascarpone.
  • Antipasti platter (vegan, glutenfree) dried tomatoes in oil, caper berries, mixed olives.
  • Vegetable balls (vegan) courgette, carrot, potatoe and herbs.
  • Chickpeas salat (vegan) with red onions, parsley and red pepper bell.
  • Beetroot salad (vegan) with parskey, vinegar and oil.
  • Mushrooms and carrot salad (vegan, glutenfree) with balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic and parsley

Main course

  • İmam bayıldı (vegetarian) stuffed augergines gratinéed.
  • Anatolian sweetheart cabbage rolls (vegan & glutenfree) cabbage rolls stuffed with rice, dried tomatoes and potatoes.
  • Chili chicken juicy chicken legs, pointed pappers, chili and tomatoes.
  • İzmir köfte meatballs in tomato sauce.

  • Fruit salad with mango pulp
