First course


Couscous bites & hummus (vegan) from chikpeas and bulgar.
Rosted vegetables (vegan, glutenfree) courgette, red and yellow bell peppers with garlic-joghurt dip.
Platter of home-made cheese pastes herbs, chili and tomatoes cream cheeses and beetroot mascarpone.
Antipasti platter (vegan, glutenfree) dried tomatoes in oil, caper berries, mixed olives.
Vegetable balls (vegan) courgette, carrot, potatoe and herbs.
Chickpeas salat (vegan) with red onions, parsley and red pepper bell.
