Sublime Text 2: Install Package Controller behind proxy
import urllib2,os; pf='Package Control.sublime-package'; ipp=sublime.installed_packages_path(); os.makedirs(ipp) if not os.path.exists(ipp) else None; urllib2.install_opener(urllib2.build_opener(urllib2.ProxyHandler({"http": "http://<user_name>:<password>@<addr>:<port>"}))); open(os.path.join(ipp,pf),'wb').write(urllib2.urlopen('http://sublime.wbond.net/'+pf.replace(' ','%20')).read()); print 'Please restart Sublime Text to finish installation'
After that, follow the info on the settings page to set up the proxy settings for the program. My Package Control.sublime-settings file looks like:
{
"auto_upgrade_last_run": 1348065330,
"http_proxy": "http://<user_name>:<password>@<addr>:<port>"
}
