Hello,

My name is Elad Cohen and I'm a candidate to the RIPE Board in the near elections that will take place on the 13th of this month.

I created a technical solution that there will be more 4,294,967,296? IPv4 addresses for the 5 Regional Internet Registries including RIPE, you can read more about it here:

The "IPv4 Exhaustion" problem will be behind us and each RIPE member will receive at least a free /21 of IPv4 addresses if I will be elected, no one else will implement my technical solution, I'm asking for your online vote, without your online vote in the near RIPE general meeting, my above technical solution will not be implemented.

If you will vote for me and I will be elected, I will make RIPE to be:

- A 100% transparent organization.

- A LIR-centric organization (there will be a 24-hour SLA for each support request, after it the RIPE member will be able to rate the quality of service received and to mark if the support request was resolved or not, if not - then Level2 support will automatically receive the support request), each and every aspect of RIPE will change to be LIR-centric and not bureaucracy-centric.

- An effective and an efficient organization in terms of the expenses of RIPE, I will personally audit each and every expense of RIPE in order to make sure that RIPE will be an efficient organization, after RIPE will be an efficient organization - the yearly fees of RIPE members will be dramatically lowered.

RIPE is being managed by people which are not taking care to your interests, you can see the example of it through the two following link:

In this link above, the current RIPE Board Maria Hall which is trying to be re-elected - supported the nomination of the current RIPE Board Chairman Christian Kaufmann which is trying to be re-elected, in her "Reason for nominating the candidate:" you can see that the line "Reason for nominating the candidate:" appear twice - there is a second "Reason for nominating the candidate:" right after the first "Reason for nominating the candidate:" line - this is because Maria did copy-past to that whole paragraph that Christian sent to her on himself, Christian our RIPE Chairman is cheating the community and he wrote this whole paragraph on himself and sent it to Maria. Maria our current Board member cheated the community as well when she didn't even read it - and did copy-paste to it (including the title of it) so it will look like she is saying it - she didn't even read it and did only a copy-paste including the title of it - this is the reason that the title "Reason for nominating the candidate:" appear twice. Is this the kind of Board members that you would like to have ? This is our current Board Chairman Chrisitan Kaufmann which is trying to be re-elected and is cheating the community, this is our Board member Maria Hall which is taking part in that community manipulation with him, they are trying to be re-elected in any way, if they are cheating together the community in such way - can we trust them with managning the RIPE expeses of approximately 30M Euros per year, who knows to where these expenses are flowing, any request to RIPE from any RIPE member for detailed information about the expenses - is being redirected from the RIPE management to these people in the RIPE board and then they claim that NDA's are signed and not proviidng any detailed information, can we trust them?

I have 20 years of technical experience and nearly 10 years of management and financial experience, if you will vote for me and I will be elected - I will make RIPE to be a 100% transparent organization, no expense will be hidden from RIPE members and after I will make lower the expenses and RIPE will be an efficient organization - RIPE will dramatically lower the yearly fee of all RIPE members to be much much lower.

My last part is about the illegal anonymous organization "The Spamhaus Organization", this illegal anonymous organization is controlling RIPE behind the scenes, you can read more about this illagal anonymous organization using the following link:

This is a presentation that this organization wrote on themselves and according to it they receive on a regular basis a massive amount of illegaly-obtained privacy data from internet companies and internet organizations - and then they share it in illegal way (without any warrant) with Law Enforcement Agencies.

The Author of this presentation was a co-chair of the RIPE anti-abuse working group, According to this presentation and according to the author of the presentation - RIPE currently have more members of the illegal anonymous organization "The Spamhaus Project" in it.

"The Spamhaus Project" mob members bring their agenda and their politics into RIPE, if you will vote for me and I wil be elected - I will make sure that "The Spamhaus Project" will have no footprint in RIPE anymore and that "The Spamhaus Project" will not hurt any RIPE member anymore.
