uri-template interface for PHP.

Classes

• URI\Template::expand()
• URI\Regex::from_template()
• URI\Parser::parse() (only if needed)

Features

• Provide uri-template implementation based on:
  • Guzzle\Parser\UriTemplate\UriTemplate
  • or the PHP extension if available
• Provide way of turning a uri-template into a regex for routing purposes
