Cold Brew Coffee

What you need:
1 liter French Press
Coffee
Filtered (I prefer filter/ionzied water)
Filter and filter basket (optional)
Glass storage container
Process:
Measure 1 and 1/3 cup of ground coffee (I normally do a scant measurement) into the french press
Fill with water
Stir
Let sit appoximately 6-8 hours (I normally set it up before bed)
Press and optionally filter into a sealable glass container.
To Enjoy:
Heat water
Mix per cup and enjoy
(Most people go 1/4 concentrate to 3/4 water, I like my coffee a bit stronger so go 1/2 and 1/2)
Concentrate will last easily a week in the fridge, though between my wife and I we normally go through a liter of concentrate in less then 2 days
