Note: Since nginx v1.9.12 compilation with LibreSSL without patching a makefile is broken, due to https://trac.nginx.org/nginx/changeset/6404/nginx/auto/lib/openssl/make#file0.

Since LibreSSL release 2.3.3. patching nginx sources is no longer necessary. See http://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/LibreSSL/libressl-2.3.3-relnotes.txt
