- Thursday 10th: Threshold run (25m easy, 25 threshold, 25 easy = 1h15m)
- Saturday 12th: Easy run (30m)
- Sunday 13th: Long run (10m easy, 50m marathon pace, 10m easy)
- Tuesday 15th: Intervals (10m warmup, 5m:1m threshold:recovery x2 = 22m)
- Thursday 17th: Easy run (30m)
- Saturday 19th: Easy run (20m)
- Sunday: Marathon
