New policy for taxation:
Tax Agency scan blockchain, scans internets, sends a letter, please prove your total addresses are not in use
to do:
- create a blockchain verification app/database for people
- detail a process for citizens/participants identification (contact them with standard mail / postage / email)
- make them connect to the database/platform and associate their set of public keys to their identity
- make the system very flexible, the edits can be processed at any time, the history will be logged and all transactions made in that period tracked
- consider lost/theft of keys, provide a signaling way for the user to the authorithy/system
- produce automatic taxation
- consider sharing a wallet in multisig for funds/taxes absorbment
- beta test it
- launch it
- profit! / less hurdles!

So, what is new about Liracoin?
We think riecoin has a very good algorythm, being minable only by CPUs, and has a low impact on existing pool ecosystem (few pools have riecoin when I'm writing this.)
Why we created Liracoin?
An attempt to resurrect money stolen by us from taxes and politicians (the name is taeken after the dead italian Lira). Liracoin is not against euros, europe, or others; it's just another cryptocurrency (forked from Riecoin). Start by mining this currency, or mine to donate, convert it
