Marc: Hi. I get this error on checkout: Transaction was declined by processor.
Sade: Hi Marc!
Sade: I will look into this
Sade: What is the order number?
Marc: I'm at checkout
Marc: 35246f7e5
Marc: Earlier I tried via PayPal but that order was rejected too :-(
Sade: Hmm, I am seeing that it being rejected by us.
Sade: Is there anyway you can place the order when you get back to the states?
Marc: I don't live in the states
Marc: And the only shipping option Think Geeek provides to my country is *EXTREMELY* expensive (50% of the base cost of the order)
Marc: The order is $480 and the shipping is $250 because its priority
Sade: Okay but the billing address I am seeing on the order is the US
Marc: Its a forwarding address
Marc: They'll pick a cheaper shipping cost for me which means I can actually buy the stuff..
Sade: The billing address has to match what the card company has on file
Marc: Ok
Sade: And the package will more than likely require a signature on delivery
Marc: That's fine
Marc: I've got that set up
Sade: the shipping can be different
Marc: One second please, let me change the billing address
Sade: So correct the billing address and try again
Sade: Okay
Marc: Hrm. Denied again.
Marc: I'm just verifying my bank doesn't have a mistake in their address info..
Sade: Hmm, in that case the error I am getting is because it's a large order and you are shipping to a different address
Sade: I'm not sure how to get around it but
Marc: Ok well
Sade: I would recommend trying to log off and empty cart and try again
Marc: This is the second time I'm trying this
Marc: .. and this time its on a different computer
Marc: Should I try make two, smaller orders?
Sade: Unfortunately there is no way to push the order through,
Marc: If so, do you know what dollar-value I should limit the transaction to?
Sade: I honestly do not
Sade: It doesn't that information
Marc: What do you recommend then?
Sade: I would recommend trying to log off and empty cart and try again
Sade: I'm really not sure what would work as far as price
Marc: Ok
Marc: I'll try that now.
Marc: I'll try that now.
Sade: Okay no problem
Sade: Our system is down right now so you may have trouble
Marc: Ok
Sade: So sorry
