Step by step disable Apache in WHM/cPanel and avoid it to restart

1. Go to command line in your server and execute service httpd stop OR /etc/init.d/httpd stop

2. To avoid WHM/cPanel monitor system to restart the apache, execute chkconfig --level 345 httpd off

PS.: if you want that monitor start looking for apache service again, just execute chkconfig --level 345 httpd on
