Tasks / Worked On

  • Finished UTK Mag import.
  • Wrote Charter for AV Annotations TSG and created Initial Feedback Report for IIIF Editors.
  • Completed upgrade for Aeon 5.2 upgrade including upgrading ArchivesSpace Plugin.
  • Worked with Kirk to fix derferencing id.loc.gov problems so that value in English is always selected.
  • Attended EOA workshop for exempt staff search chairs.
  • Fixed exodus import issue where PDFs weren't getting split in IIIF print.
  • Minted DOIs for latest issue of TSC.
  • Started import of Student Newspapers.
  • Migrated a bunch of PDF collections and addressed errors where possible.
  • Wrote import script so that Alto is always converted to HOCR / OCR.

Thinking about Next Week

  • Keep migration going.
  • Review and address Crossref Resolution Report for March.
  • Continue work on Student Newspapers ingest.
  • Work with grad school on a problematic ETD submission.
  • Address migration errors.
  • Work on DOI docs.
  • Submit travel stuff.
