From the candidate view, we need to answer:

  1. What is the mission they are trying to accomplish?
  2. Do they have an idea of what they need to achieve this?
  3. How can I help them achieve this?
  4. From a personal and professional standpoint, what is in it for me?

I liked the above suggestion. The most important things for me when looking on a job position is the company's culture and what impact/contribution I will be able to make with the work/job position. Being aligned with the company's core values, inspired by the company's mission and challenged/motivated with the contributions I'll be able to make, makes total difference for me.
