It is probably available from the mindmeister API. The .mind file is just a zip though, so you should be able to automate unzipping it and then looking for the JSON file inside.

Wonderful, simply rename the .mind into .zip, unzip & you have the JSON.
But then, anybody helping me to RUN the actuall program? I don't know how to do execute it (shall I compile it somewhere?) I am not a developer but with good IT understanding.
