  1. Start the project;
  2. In Tools -> Options -> Debugging -> General: turn off the option "Enable Just My Code";
  3. Run the code in release mode (without command line arguments);
  4. Put a break point in the GetStringOption method where the comment says to;
  5. Step from that point onwards.

You should see that it goes into the case "l" even though it shouldn't do.
