Welcome! This is my best, simple, introduction for how to buy Solana, and, if you want, also to buy NFTs using it.

1. Buying Solana.md

1. Sign up with Coinbase (if you would like to use my signup link, you can sign up here)
2. Hook up your credit card or bank account to Coinbase
3. Buy SOL 🚀

Notes: You'll be limited on how much you can buy each day with a credit card, so connecting your bank is your best option.

2. Moving Solana to Your Wallet.md

1. Buy SOL (see above)
2. Install the Phantom wallet in Google Chrome
3. Create a new wallet in Phantom; make sure to save your password and Secret Phrase in your password manager!
4. Click the name of your wallet at the top of the wallet window, and it will copy the public wallet address to your clipboard.
5. Visit Coinbase. Click "Send / Receive" at the top right corner. Choose the amount you'd like to transfer to your wallet, paste the public wallet address in the "To" field, Add a note if you'd like, and make sure the "Pay with" is set to "Solana".
6. Once this transfer works, the SOL should show up in your wallet. 🙌🏻

Notes: There's a $1000 daily transfer limit on most/all Coinbase users.

3. Buying NFTs using Solana.md

1. Visit the marketplace that's selling your desired NFTs (e.g. Solanart)
2. Connect your wallet
3. Buy the NFTs 🌠
