first PHP-powered Alexa skill. We’ll cover how to get your skill setup, many of
the common voice command options, and a walkthrough of a skill that’s currently
in the Alexa directory.

This is a neat talk, and one that would be really interesting for many conference attendees.

The abstract is a bit short, in my opinion. Consider fleshing it out with some more details about the specific things you'll walk through in getting the skill set up. Also, you say walkthrough of a skill that's in the current directory--that seems a bit disconnected from what I infer. I would think you might show your attendees how to build that first skill and get it in the market place.
