1) Login -> Give Rewards -> Create Nomination

click either:

"Red Hat Reward for Red Hat Multiplier"
or
"Red Hat Reward for Focus on Customer"

depending if you think it is one of these categories (both Ben and me used Focus on Customer).

2) search for 'sherrill' in the Search Value field

3) click the down arrow to add Justin to the Nomination List

4) Continue

5) Choose a category of the award, "Fanatical Service" works

6) Assign a point score, 100 = roughly $100USD

7) Description of achievement: This is the justification that goes to Justin's manager (me).  Just type out why you think he deserves it

8) Message to recipient: this goes to justin

9) Submit Nomination

then I approve it and you are done
