Target 1.18.2

Start

  • Start in Asteroid belt dimension
  • Players will spawm 100 blocks apart from each other in a Glass dome (shorter distance so item transport between bases is easier)
  • Glassdome has basic lifesupport in the form of the planst to make enough oxygen.

Asteroid belt

  • Custom skybox with yellow-brown Gasgiant at the bottom.
  • Movign aseroid with resources will spawn. They will move in slowly from above and "fall" down and disappear again.
  • They can be catched to get resources
  • other movements are possible but rare (like up)

Researches

  • Futurepack researches will be compeltly redone
  • the needed Items will changed to a Factorio Style Potion creation
  • each research will need a different amount if said Research Potions
  • Colors will: white, blue, orange, green
  • Goal is to automate the crafting process of these research items

Resources

  • Player needs to unlock the space suit & air tanks without ever leaving the dome
  • then the Stone will be a new resource
  • Deepcore mining should be used to get most resources (ores)
  • the Crystals will play a major role as well as Plants/Trees
  • ice/snow mining for water and "biological traces" aka seeds.

  • Main mod for progression and research system is used instead of a questing mod

Mekanism

  • Has nice Machines
  • Needs to be switched between FP and Meka so both are nneded

Just Enough Items + Just ENough Resoucres

  • Shows player recipes and where to get certain stuff
  • Maybe needs to be changed to fit modpack setting

Botany Pots

  • Automated resource macking with low TPS consume (I hope)

  • computers to help automate stuff
  • also futurepack support so maybe people come up with cool ideas

  • brings more features to control stuff with it

  • classic-bars : all is displayed as bar with numbers
  • Curios : like Baubles adds more armor inventory slots
  • Healing Campfire: adds regneration around a campfire; will help alot for survival

  • Ping: ping tool from portal 2 but in minecraft

  • can make alot of chemical reactions -needs compatiblity for Ixaygen & Hydrogen

  • you can make Wine and make a vinery
  • could e used fior poweer generation

  • maybe has tons of bugs

  • filters water for resources
  • but water is a hard to get resource so this will be interesting
  • good match with finite water

  • adds compressed blocks

Straw Golem Mod

  • its a farmer
  • cute
  • I like ti
  • they are super dump and kinda slow
  • eisy first step automation before you can do it large scale

rpg-gods

  • customizeable god favor system with alatars
  • could be changed into extra planar aliens
  • good to bring some story into the pack

  • will most likely provide too much resources
