The terms "us", "our" and "we" represent Spookie, during "you" and "your" are individual users, which uses the Bot.

Users Responsibility:

• You must respect the ToS of others as well as the Discord ToS and third-party services.
• We are not responsible for the damage caused by using our service.
• We are not responsible for the damage caused by using referred 3rd services.
• Users may use commands, customize and provide data, but they are liable what they do with the commands. Any kind of abuse can be punished with a Bot ban
• You can not demand any kind of Refund when the commands does not work.

What kind of information's do we store?

• In order to provide you with your profile information, we save the guildID, userID, channelID, balance, inventory and cooldown timestamps.
• When your run /start, then the bot will start storing information

Why do we store the information and how we use them?

The whole package has been rewritten to typescript to allow more type saftey and find some bugs, which will also lead to the rewrite of discord-cross-hosting in typescript. Naturally a major overhaul also requires some breaking changes, which have been kept small.

There could be some missing types, please report those in the Discord Server or create a issue in the repo.

What kind of information's do we store?

• In order to provide you with right remind time and the appropriated added content, we save the guildID, userID, channelID, custom-content and the time to remind.
• When Users sets a Time zone, they are also saved on the user account, which can contain specific information's, like your vote balance.
• If at any time you become blacklisted from our bot or your server. Blacklist information will be stored in the database.
• When you sent a bot-suggestion, the message will be sent in the support server but won't be saved in the database
