D-Storage is on th proxad network, they have their own IP but still not the online network.
Our job is to verify the online network, we can't do anything when you have a problem of debit with an external server, if on online network everything is ok we can't do more, and as you ask only question on the problem of debit with an external server yes I can't answer on what is the problem as we haven't access on more elements than Online's hardware.

I'm aware your inter-DC network is not congested as I have tested the same thing. Actually, if I proxy the traffic through a DC3 server, it goes up to 30 MiB/s to the same destinations.
So you said in a previous ticket that there's an issue in DC2 and without problems the performances are the same. I'm constantly seeing different performances to the same destinations. The only difference is the server location in your network. How can an external problem be the cause?

Hi Julien,
Thank you for your immediate response and good to "see" you again. My experience is that Speedtest.net represents the best case scenario. Continued uploading to Amazon and DStorage (with whom you have 10Gbps peering at TH2) showed a peak performance of 60Mbps.
I've shutdown running applications. Please go ahead with the tests.
