I am an open-minded, pragmatic, and optimistic individual that passionately believes that technology can change the world.   • I work on the Windows and Competitive Insights initiative where I build apps that run on Android and Apple devices using Xamarin, gathering data, identifying opportunities for Microsoft and Windows to remain competitive in the market.
  • Led and managed a team of designers, engineers, and content creators charged with designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring the Ndovu Network mentor matching application. The app matches mentors to programs with registered mentees and during the Microsoft Global Hackathon 2022 it won the Site Lead Award.

  • Participated in creating a curriculum for virtual exchange with three peers and four students at the Multimedia University of Kenya and American University respectively. Conducted a 5 week virtual exchange to improve cultural diplomacy between the two groups

  • This was a project on robotics, Focused on providing solutions to space astronauts and people on earth. We were building a robot that would be able to gather data in terms of images, video recording and audio recordings. It would also act as a warning agent through measuring sound amplitude.

  • Worked with Safaricom Limited for about 4 months teaching high school students; specifically ladies, on how to create Android applications. We did this using App Inventor. This initiative was meant to encourage young ladies to pursue careers related with Science and Technology.
