ナスを2cm角に切ります。
生姜はすりおろしておきます。
フライパンにごま油をしき、中火で暖めます。
ごま油が暖まったら、なずをフライパンに入れ、焼き色がつくまで炒めます。
ナスに焼き色がついたら、フライパンから上げ、すりおろした生姜、めんつゆを混ぜ合わせます。
炊きたてのご飯にナスを混ぜ込みます。"
