Jekyll's Google Summer of Code Project has come to its end. The anticipated admin panel for Jekyll finally made its first release. After a hard work of three months with my dear mentors @benbalter, @jldec and @parkr, I'm proud to announce that we are releasing Jekyll Admin. You can start to use it right away by following instructions here.

As a Google Summer of Code student, I feel very lucky to be part of such a project that has been a huge need for a long while for the community. The 3-month of Google Summer of Code period was a great journey. Developing the project and seeing how it can help the community was a great pleasure for me. With my mentors, we tried to improve the project every single day and finally it comes to the initial release. From now on, we are really excited to see where the project goes with the great help of the community.

I would like to thank my dear mentors who embraced me like their teammates and guide me on the road. They have put a lot of work and time to mentor me and helped me with everything. It was a great pleasure to work with them. I also would like to thank the wonderful community for bringing Jekyll where it is now. It's amazing that the community started to help on the project and give their feedback when it's not even released yet. I'm sure that they will support Jekyll Admin as much as they can and move Jekyll even further.

Please let us know how you think about Jekyll Admin and feel free to contribute. Your feedback and contributions are greatly appreciated.

Happy Jekylling!
