Neovim colorscheme patcher to add 24bit colors to terminal

This script cannot parse some schemes (like base16)
For those I wrote this small plugin: https://github.com/KolesnichenkoDS/neoterm-colors
It does the same, but in runtime (it doesn't change the color scheme, it just colors the terminal)
