Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

Run the tool (Right-click > Run as administrator).

Click Accept.

Click "Create Installation Media for another PC" then Next.

Leave box checked for "Use the recommended options for this PC" then Next.

Click "ISO file" then Next.

Choose the folder you want to save the ISO to and start the download.

Mount the downloaded Windows 10 ISO (Right-click > Mount).

Copy the
install.esd
file located in thesources
folder to a safe place. -
Open
cmd
(Right-click > Run as administrator). -
Run
dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:install.esd
. You'll need replace the path toinstall.esd
as necessary. -
Take note of the index of the particular OS version you'd like to install, the number is what is inserted in the
SourceIndex
below. -
Run
dism /export-image /SourceImageFile:install.esd /SourceIndex:1 /DestinationImageFile:install.wim /Compress:max /CheckIntegrity
. You'll need to replace the paths as necessary. -
Run
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Path to Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
. You'll need to replace the path toinstall.wim
as necessary and theSourceIndex
. -
Run
sfc /scannow
